TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Two Topeka Capital Journal writers also were honored today for their work.
Tim Carpenter and Andy Marso were awarded the William Allen White Foundations Burton W. Marvin Kansas News Enterprise Award for their 15 part series called Policy Matters.
The series examined how legislators pushed bills benefiting them financially.
