Two Men Arrested For Stealing Homeless People's Identities

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -- Two people have been arrested for stealing the identities of homeless people in Wichita.

Wichita Police said a 43-year-old man from Colorado and a 32-year-old man from California have been in town, paying homeless people a small amount of money for their personal information.

The suspects would get a cell phone contract in that person's name At least eight homeless people have been targeted.

When officers arrested the two they found cell phones, phone contracts and drugs in their car.
