Two Arrested In Jackson County

Jackson County, Kan. (WIBW) - Two people are behind bars in Jackson County facing drug charges.

An investigation into three recent burglaries in rural Holton had Jackson County Sheriff's deputies serving search warrants at two different locations Tuesday night.

21-year-old Jared Matthew Harris of Holton was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

54-year-old Laurilyn Irene Harris was arrested in Mayetta for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

They're being held on $50,000 bond, pending charges are expected to include residential burglary and felony theft.
