TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A trial date is set in the case of a former Shawnee County Sheriff's Office employee against the county.
Erin Olson began working at the Shawnee County Sheriff's Office in January 2008.
While there the complaint alleges she faced sexual harassment and gender discrimination.
The suit seeks damages for past and future economic loss, physical and emotional pain and suffering, humiliation and loss of enjoyment of life.
The mediation deadline was Tuesday. The trial is scheduled to start on April 30, 2013 and is expected to last five days.
