TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Topeka murder trial has been rescheduled again.
Austin Tabor will now face a jury October 9.
His first trial in April was stopped because a Topeka Capital Journal reporter tweeted a picture that identified a juror.
Tabor is charged with killing 20-year-old Matthew Mitchell in October 2010, on the Topeka West High School campus.
The new trial was set to begin today, but Tabor received a new attorney, pushing the start date back again.
A status conference is set for July 16.
