TOPEKA (WIBW) -- The Shawnee County Treasurer's Office will be closed Monday and Tuesday, Shawnee County Treasurer Larry Wilson said Wednesday.
The office will be closed Monday, December 31st for the implementation of year-end closing procedures, Wilson says. It will then close Tuesday, January 1st in observance of New Year's Day.
This Friday, December 28th marks the last day the treasurer's office will be open in 2012. Wilson says all 2012 business with his office has to be completed by Friday, not Monday.
