(WIBW) - A second of four inmates who escaped from the Ottawa County Jail was sentenced to more than 11 years in prison.
22-year-old Drew Wade must serve 136 months in prison for aggravated escape from custody. Wade pleaded guilty to the charge in January. The sentence will be added on to the 87 months he is serving for prior convictions in Shawnee County.
A second defendant, Eric James, was sentenced in July to 18 months in prison; Alberto Barraza-Iujan is scheduled to be sentenced next week; and Santos Carerra-Morales is awaiting trial.
