TOPEKA, Kan(WIBW)--Topeka Police are investigating what they believe to be a batch of homemade explosives.
Investigators and the bomb squad were called onto the scene at Huntoon and Western to investigate a plastic bottle filled with liquid.
Police say another bottle like it exploded in the area last night. They say the explosion could only do minor damage.
