TOPEKA, Kan. - The Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority will renegotiate a top executive officer's contract.
Topeka Metro board members met Thursday afternoon at the offices of their newly retained legal counsel, Gay, Riordan, Fincher, Munson & Sinclair, on 3500 SW Fairlawn. In a closed executive session, the board approved a motion to amend Topeka Metro CEO Janlyn Nesbett-Tucker's existing contract from 2010.
Nesbett-Tucker recently found herself in hot water after sending a business-related request to council member Chad Manspeaker via Twitter.
