(WIBW) - A Topeka man has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for a child pornography conviction.
64-year-old John Roach was convicted in a bench trial on one count of possession of child pornography.
Prosecutors say Roach used his father's credit card to purchase access to a Russian child pornography web site. Investigators found more than 600 images and 41 movies containing child pornography in Roach's Topeka home.
