TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A day of deliberation led to a guilty verdict for one Topeka man.
Kyree McClelland, 33, was found guilty in Shawnee County District Court of first degree murder and aggravated burglary in the death of Timothy Stone, 32.
Prosecutors say McClelland attempted to rob three men at gun point in August, killing stone in the process.
McClelland will be sentenced May 8th.
