TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Topeka man will spend almost five years in jail for sex crimes against a child.
Armando Ruiz was sentenced on September 17th to 4 years and 9 months in jail. He'll also have to register as a sex offender for 25 years and be DNA tested.
Ruiz was arrested on 17 counts in December of 2011. The crimes allegedly happened between January 2003 and September 2010.
