TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Residents can work on their bikes at any time of the day now.

The Topeka Community Cycle Project cut the ribbon Friday on a new outdoor bicycle workstand, the Dero Fixit.

The stand lets people work on their bikes even when the shop doors are closed. It includes equipment to suspend the bike in the air during repairs, tools to make common repairs, and an air pump.

Installation of the equipment was made possible by funding from the Krumis Family Fund of the Topeka Community Foundation. Concrete was supplied by the City of Topeka.
