A Topeka elementary school played host to a very special wedding Friday.
Farley Elementary School students witnessed the marriage of the letters "Q" and "U" during a special assembly. The mock ceremony was part of the education process for kindergartners at the school, teaching them the relationship between the two letters.
The ceremony was complete with a photographer, flowers, cake, punch and a guest book. The class even created a special invitation that invited guests to watch the letter matrimony take place and to wear party attire.
