Tyler was wanted for driving under the influence stemming from an October 15th rollover accident north of Holton.

While serving the warrant, the officer noticed a marijuana smell coming from the home.

Later that evening, officers returned to the same home with another warrant where they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
