TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - This week's featured offender has been arrested.
25 year old Daniel White was arrested and booked into the Shawnee County Jail earlier this afternoon, and has since then been released.
White was a court-ordered registered violent offender that was not properly registered with law enforcement.
