TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The four teens charged in the killing of Natalie Gibson have a tentative court date set to see if they'll be tried as adults.
The 40-year-old was fatally shot July 21st while pulling into her driveway in Topeka's Kenwood neighborhood.
A hearing to determine if the four juveniles who are charged will be waived to adult status is tentatively set for sometime December 13th to 16th.
As for the five adults also charged, a hearing on a motion to consolidate the cases against Ronald Wakes, Michael Wilkins, Anceo Stovall, Bayate Covington and Kevin Wilkins, Jr. is set for October 6th.
