TOPEKA, Kan.(WIBW) -- A teen will be tried as an adult in a November 2010 murder.
Charges of first degree murder, aggravated robbery and burglary, and criminal possession of a firearm by a juvenile were all filed against Ira Gordon Jr. last week.
Gordon was 17 years old when the crimes were committed. He's being held on a million dollars bond.
The charges are in connection with the death of Vincent Lambert, Jr. last November.
Two others face charges. Eddie Gordon has a jury trial on October 11th, and Ebony Cherell Clark took reduced charges to testify against Eddie and Ira. She'll be sentenced October 28th.
