Teen Enters Plea In Sex Abuse Case

LYNDON, Kan. (WIBW) - Sentencing is set for an Osage County teenager charged with sexually abusing a minor.

18-year-old Caleb Flowers of Scranton pleaded gulity to aggravated indecent liberties with a child during a proceeding Thursday in juvenile court.

Osage County Attorney Brandon Jones tells 13 News that the adult case against Flowers was dismissed and a juvenile case was filed in its place.

Sentencing is set for August 8th. Jones says Flowers will face time in the state's Juvenile Correctional Facility.
