TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)__A topeka murder trial has been rescheduled after Judge Mark Braun declared a mistrial.
The new trial for Austin Tabor is set for June 25. The first trial was stopped last week when a Topeka Capital-Journal reporter tweeted a picture in which a juror was identifiable.
Tabor is charged with killing 20-year-old Matthew Mitchell, in October 2010, on the Topeka West High School campus.
