TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Topeka Police say home burglary and and home invasions are an ongoing battle in the Capital City.
Crime stats released Thursday show that overall, crime is up 1.72% from 3rd quarter 2010. These numbers represent data collected through the quarter ending in September.
