TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Crime scene tape surrounded an area of central Topeka as police had to use less than lethal means on an individual.
Sometime around 8 pm Sunday, authorities tazed someone at 12th St. and Wayne Ave. in Topeka. Crime scene tape encompassed the area.
It's not known at this time why the person was tazed. Authorities have yet to release any information
