TOPEKA, Kan. (WIWB)--- A stolen vehicle out of Missouri has been recovered in Hoyt.
At approximately 11 pm Jackson County Deputies stopped a silver 1992 Cadillac with Missouri license plate near Hoyt.
Deputies discovered the vehicle had been stolen from north Kansas City.
The driver, 39 year-old Jason Bell of Topeka was arrested for possession of stolen property.
A passenger in the vehicle, Katherine Riley 29 of Topeka was arrested on a Shawnee County District Court warrant for failure to appear.
The investigation into the matter continues. Bond for Bell is pending at this time.
