TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - After four years of work, the rotunda at the Kansas Statehouse is set to re-open next month.

Workers sealed it off as part of a $319 million renovation project.

Temporary walls will be removed in the first week of September with all walls down by September 21.

The copper roof and dome is expected to be completed by fall of 2013.
