TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Area chefs cooked up good food for a good cause Thursday night.
The 12th annual Signature Chefs event at the Maner Conference Center raised money for the March of Dimes.
Local restaurants and chefs, such as Blue Moose, Paisano's, PT's Coffee and Ice and Olives served up special dishes, while Mad Eliza's topped Cakes by Dino in "the ultimate cake-off" competition.
13's Melissa Brunner emceed the festivities, which also included silent and live auctions.
The evening was capped off by Terrah Stroday of Flint Hills OB/GYN receiving the Saving Babies Award for contributing to the mission of the March of Dimes.
