OSAGE COUNTY (WIBW) -- Early Thursday morning Shawnee County Sheriff's Deputies were involved in a chase that started in Osage County.
Dispatch told 13 News that around 12:30 a.m. Osage County authorities told Shawnee County authorities that their pursuit of a black car was heading north into Shawnee County.
Dispatch said the chase came to an end 15 minutes later after authorities got the car to stop at 37th & Indian Hills.
They said a shoeless and shirtless man jumped out of the vehicle. Authorities were not able to catch him.
A female passenger was taken into custody at the scene.
It was not known Thursday morning if she was arrested, her identity or where she was taken.
