KANSAS EXPOCENTRE -- Shawnee County's Fair, with the theme of a "5-Star Party on the Prairie" kicked off Thursday night with the crowning of outstanding 4H members as King and Queen.
People in the early crowd could buy in the bake sale and baked goods auction, or view all kinds of animals in exhibits like the Sheep Show.
This year 4H King and Queen were announced after they were interviewed by 13's Melissa Brunner. We join in congratulating Abby Miller and Tony Pruitt for being chosen.
