TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Shawnee County inmate who walked away from a work release program more than a week ago remains missing.
Anthony Eteeyan did not return from his shift at Resers December 4th. He was being held on DUI and related traffic charges, including child endangerment.
Anyone who sees him should contact authorities.
On that same day, jail officials say Timothy Funk was out looking for a job as part of the work release program when he walked away. He was apprehended December 6th.
Funk was being held on drug charges.
Division manager of the county's adult detention operation Capt. Tim Phelps said the men are not considered a risk to the community.
