TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The Shawnee County Historical Society has busy summer plans with programs connecting people with the area's history.
The next program is 7 pm Tuesday, June 5, at Rossville's Citizen Potawatomi Nation building. It will look at the Uniontown community and Potawatomi tribal connections to the area in the state's pre-territorial days. Uniontown was in the area now known as Willard.
