Senator Jerry Moran Opens Manhattan Office

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- United States Senator Jerry Moran says a new office in Manhattan will allow him to get valuable feedback from members of the community that he will use when making decisions in Washington, D. C.

On Tuesday, January 15, 2013, Senator Moran officially opened his new regional office in Manhattan with a formal ribbon cutting. At

Moran, a Manhattan resident, delivered remarks and was joined by Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce President Lyle Butler.

The senator stressed the importance of hearing from those in the Manhattan, Junction City and Fort Riley communities.

Megan Henry will serve as the Constituent Services Representative in Sen. Moran’s Manhattan office. She will work to be of immediate and direct assistance to Kansans and act as a liaison with the region’s community leaders, local government officials and businesses.

The office is located at 923 Westport Place, Suite 210 in Manhattan.
