RILEY COUNTY, Kan. (WIBW) -- Riley County police say a Wakefield man had a seizure behind the wheel Thursday, forcing him to lose control of his truck and veer off the road.
The accident happened at 11:10 AM on September 27, 2012 in the 4000 block of McDowell Creek Road.
Officials say Max Garcia, 52, suffered a seizure as he was driving and his 2006 Chevy truck went off the right side of the road and collided with a walnut tree.
Garcia was transported to Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan for treatment of a minor head injury and his medical condition.
