Scranton Teen Accused Of Sexually Abusing Minor

SCRANTON, Kan. (WIBW) -- A Scranton teen is accused of sexually abusing a minor.

Caleb Flowers was charged with aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated criminal sodomy with a child under 14, and aggravated indecent liberties with a 14 to 16 year old.

If convicted under Jessica's Law, Flowers will automatically be sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Flowers is being held at the Osage County jail on a 150,000 dollar bond.

His first appearance is scheduled for April 11th.
