TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- SE Carnahan from SE 21st Street to I-70 in Topeka is closed Tuesday morning until noon.
City of Topeka Communications Manager Dave Bevens said the closure is planned while city street crews replace a damaged guardrail. Crews will accommodate traffic from the nearby trailer park.
M-F 5-8AM, Noon, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM & 10PM
