ROSSVILLE, Kan. -- Community Action, Inc., a member of Harvester's network, will hold a mobile food pantry in Rossville on Wednesday, Aug. 22 at Citizen Potawatomi Nation, 806 Nishnabe Trail, from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
There will be another distribution Friday, Aug. 24, at the Auburn Community Center, 121 W 11th, Auburn, from 1 - 2 p.m.
The organizations will distribute fresh food, fruit and vegetables, and dry goods. There are no income guidelines to receive the goods, but because the food stuffs are available in limited amounts, they will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Recipients will be asked to provide the number in their household and should bring a box or sturdy bag.
