(KAKE)-- A woman is dead following an early morning crash in northwest Kansas.
The accident happened around 12:15 this morning in the 2100 block of 130th Avenue, about 3 miles north of the town of Ellis.
The Ellis County Sheriff's Office says an 18-year-old woman was driving southbound in a GMC Yukon when she apparently lost control and rolled several times. She was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the SUV.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name is currently being withheld pending notification of next of kin
