Rochester Cemetery Site Of Tribute To Fallen

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A retired Kansas National Guard brigadier general called on everyone to take a moment to remember those who served.

Brig. Gen. Deborah Rose was among those speaking at Rochester Cemetery Monday morning. American Legion Post 400 stages the annual Memorial Day observance.

Boy Scouts also took part in the event, which included a gun salute and the playing of Taps.
