TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) A couple of road repair projects may make your monday morning commute a bit longer Monday morning.
The Wanamaker project from 21st to 29th will start at 7am monday morning.
During this first phase, traffic will be pushed to the outside and street overlaying will be done on the inside lanes from 21st to 25th.
Twenty fifth street will be open to all movements of traffic except when making a north or south bound left turn. All side streets and entrances will be forced to turn right...
This first phase is expected to last two weeks
A road closing will also begin Monday morning for a road culvert replacement at 8:20am.
Barricades will be placed from S.E. 61st and Croco to 61st and Berryton.
This shutdown will last 5 days.
