MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW)
A Manhattan man was arrested on Saturday for warrants issued in August of this year.
Terrance Bise (45), was arrested on a warrant issued out of Riley County District Court for charges of aggravated assault and criminal restraint.
Bise is confined in the Riley County jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
An altercation with law enforcement led to the arrested of a Massachusetts man Saturday night in Manhattan.
24 year-old Matthew Anderson was approached by Riley County Police following a fight in the 1300 block of Laramie Street when he began to kick and spit at officers.
Anderson was charged with two counts of battery against a law enforcement officer as well as one count of disorderly conduct.
He is confined in the Riley County with bond set at $3,000.
