Investigation Continues Into Holdup At Manhattan Hilton

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- Riley County police are investigating an armed robbery at a Manhattan hotel involving two gunmen.

The robbery happened at the Hilton Garden Inn shortly before 5 AM on Saturday, February 16, 2013.

Two armed men entered the store and demanded money from the clerk, officials said.

They got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police released photos from the holdup taken from surveillance cameras at the hotel.

The suspects were armed with a semi-automatic handgun. The top of the gun (slide) was black in color while the bottom part (frame) was chrome or silver.

The first suspect was wearing a dark grey sweatshirt with a picture of a tiger on the front, possibly with a hood. He was wearing Dickies Brand work pants and red and white athletic shoes.

The second suspect was wearing a dark, one-piece work coveralls with a light grey hoodie underneath.

No one was injured. No arrests have been made.
