TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A Topeka man's new trial on rape charges has been delayed yet again.
Ricky Stovall, 53, waived his right for a speedy trial and agreed to start his five day trial September 22nd.
A pre-trial hearing is set for August 14th.
Last year, the Kansas Supreme Court reversed Stovall's 2007 conviction for the rape of his teenage daughter.
Justices ruled Stovall's attorney had a conflict of interest, which was made known multiple times to the trial judge.
