(WIBW) - Work will resume Wednesday on a resurfacing project along a 13-mile section of I-70.
It's from Valencia Road in Shawnee County to K-30 in Wabaunsee County.
Starting either late afternoon Wednesday or early morning Thursday, KDOT crews will close the left, eastbound lane for resurfacing. Once it is done, they'll do the right lane.
Work will take place in daylight hours, with some Saturday work. Signs and cones will direct drivers through the work zone.
Drivers might see some delays during peak travel times.
