Ravenwood Hosts Youth In The Outdoors

TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)__ Youth In The Outdoors Day brought about 300 people to Ravenwood Lodge Saturday.

Kids and their families came out to enjoy the festivities and our own Drew Switzer even tried his luck at some things.

Some got a chance to shoot guns for the first time, throw tomahawks in the 1880's old time camp and let arrows fly with archery.

The Justin Corbet Foundation used the event to raise money to help kids and women learn more about the outdoors and shooting.
