TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)--- A site at Forbes Field had some wondering if the president passed through Topeka on his way to Joplin.
Turns out this aircraft on the tarmac was the back-up to Air Force One.
It's general practice for the second plane to land nearby in case there's a need to switch aircraft.
