TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A July 11 preliminary hearing is set for the driver in an accident that killed a 15 year old girl.
19 year old Hunter Hillmer is charged with second degree
murder, aggravated battery,drunk driving and reckless driving.
15-year old Madison Naill was killed March 19 when the vehicle Hillmer was driving went off the road, rolled and hit a tree.
