TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Preliminary hearing dates are set in two cases against a man accused of killing his mother.
The dates were set during court appearances Thursday.
Jason Hachmeister will be back in court June 21st on the first degree murder charge. He's accused of killing his mother, Sheila Hachmeister, last September in the home they shared.
Hachmeister also faces 113 counts of possessing child pornography. A preliminary hearing in that case is set for July 20th.
