From Topeka Police:
The Topeka Police Department is asking for help from the public to locate a person of interest in a home invasion that occurred at 9:40 this morning.
Three black males wearing black hoodies and armed with a gun broke into a home in the 4100 block of Twilight, and took an undisclosed amount of money and electronics while two residents were inside. The two victims inside of the home received minor, non-life threatening injuries, and refused treatment for their wounds.
The suspects left the scene in an older brown van with unknown tags. Police are searching for a person of interest in this case, Herman Ray Landers Jr., age 32 of Topeka.
Anyone with information about this crime, or information on the whereabouts of Landers, is asked to contact Detective Bryan Wheeles at 368-9022 as soon as possible.
