TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Police are asking for your help in finding this week's featured registered offender.
Officials are looking for 29 year old Joshua Freeman.
Freeman has a 2010 conviction for a Sedgwick County aggravated assault and has not properly registered with law enforcement.
His last known address in Topeka is no longer valid.
Those with information that leads to an arrest will receive a $2,000 reward.
