TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-Local Kansans and tourists had the chance to participate in Topeka history Saturday.
Brown vs. Board of Education partnered with Ritchie House and Constitution Hall to allow people to take a trip through history.
Visitors walked 5 blocks from the Ritchie House to the Brown vs. Board site. And along the way, actors reenacted parts of history that happened in Topeka 150 years ago.
Organizers say the walk started from the time of John Brown up until the court decision at Brown vs. Board of Education.
