Pancake Feed To Support Topeka High JROTC

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - People are invited to fill up on pancakes before a day of holiday shopping and support a group of local students at the same time.

Topeka High School's Marine JROTC cadets are holding a fundraising breakfast from 6 am to noon, Dec. 17 at Topeka High School's cafeteria. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, juice and coffee are on the menu.

Cost for the breakfast is $5 per person. Biscuits and gravy will be available for an additional cost. Students also will sell military shirts and other gift items and hold a silent auction.

Money raised will fund the cadets' trip to compete in the National High School Drill Championships.
