TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)- The Topeka Fire Department responded to a fire overnight.
At around 2:34 Sunday morning, Shawnee County Dispatch confirms firefighters responded to a report of a fire at a shed at 239 Southeast Pinecrest Drive.
The owner told 13 News he has lived in the home for 13 years and the shed was filled with junk and no one was inside the shed or injured.
Shawnee County Dispatch also confirms no one was injured.
The owner also said this is the third fire that has happened around his home.
The owner's next door neighbors saw the blaze and said there wasn't any damage to their home but they saw flames up to 20 feet high.
The owner says he has plans to move into a new home. The cause of the fire is unknown.
